A golden straw color with brilliant, enduring white head, the aroma is dry grain with a touch of lemon mint. The body is light and zesty and the flavor crisp and bitter with a medium-dry finish. At the high end of the IBU scale for Pilsners, this one has a delightful lemonade flavor at the end courtesy of the Meridian hops. An excellent beer for idling away those hot summer days.
